DOG TRAINING: The purpose of obedience training
Most people go to obedience classes without a clear understanding of the purpose of it. Teaching commands to a puppy is important in opening a pathway to establishing respect (LEADERSHIP). Dogs are pack animals and in every pack (now your family) there must be a leader. The foundation of obedience is a starting point to the end result of establishing you as the leader, thereby creating a relationship of harmony and respect.
HORSE TRAINING:
“Horse-whispering” is a relatively new term. The original and real meaning of whispering is speaking the language of the horse. Body language is the horse’s first language and the key is to learn this skill so as to be the lead horse. By so doing, you are on the way to a relationship wherein respect and harmony are present.
Whispering is another word for training and applies to any animal. It is learning to speak their language, which is body language. This is the key to having the ultimate loving relationship with your horse or your dog.
